Terms of Service

Welcome to Odette Bridal. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the services provided at our physical boutique located in Stratford, Ontario. By accessing our site or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Professional Services & Appointments

  • Consultations: Our boutique operates by appointment only to ensure a dedicated, personalized experience. While we strive to accommodate all requests, appointments are subject to availability.
  • Boutique Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. In-Store Purchases & Payments

  • Currency: All prices quoted in-store are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
  • Taxes: All purchases are subject to applicable provincial and federal taxes (HST), which will be calculated at the time of checkout.
  • Payment Terms: For special order gowns and custom veils, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to initiate the order.
    • The remaining balance must be paid in full before the gown or veil is released from the boutique.
    • For "Off-the-Rack" items, payment in full is required at the time of purchase.

3. Accuracy of Information

  • Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our gowns as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
  • Sizing: Bridal sizing differs significantly from standard retail sizing. Professional measurements will be taken in-store, and the client is responsible for confirming the size ordered.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including imagery of designer collections (including but not limited to Rosa Clará, Pronovias, House of St Patrick, Calla Blanche, Mac Duggal, Terani Couture, and Nicole Milano), logos, and text, is the property of Odette Bridal or our designer partners and is protected by copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Odette Bridal is not responsible for delays in gown production or shipping caused by third-party designers, international customs (including CARM/CBSA processing), or transit issues beyond our control. We recommend ordering your gown at least 6–9 months in advance of your event date.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change our Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
